Life can sometimes feel overwhelming and draining. I provide a non-judgmental, collaborative approach to help you understand your behaviors and the reason you are seeking treatment at this time. Finding ways to navigate difficult stages of life and complicated relationships can be very challenging. My goal is to help you identify and work through any barriers keeping you from living a happy and meaningful life.

 

I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety and depression using Cognitive Behavior Therapy which helps one understand his or her thoughts and feelings and how they impact behavior. I provide empathetic and warm support to my clients assisting them in finding meaning and purpose in their lives and relationships.

 

Using a strength based perspective, I can help you find a way to gain control of your life and find the inner strength to navigate and cope with the struggles that come your way.
